From November  25 until December 9, we were in California. We first flew to Fresno to visit dear friends whom we had not seen in years. We enjoyed our visit with the Cutler family, including a delicious Thanksgiving dinner!

We also enjoyed our visit with Pete and Martha Unruh, but we saddened to hear that Martha passed away just a few days later. She is with Jesus now, but please pray for Pete and the family.

From Fresno, we flew to visit out daughter with family in their new home in Lake Elsinore. They have a lovely home, best of all the back yard with bar-b-q area, spa and pool.

We celebrated a mini-Christmas during our visit. After the girls decorated the tree, we opened a few gifts. Grandma also made the kids quilts which they love!

We even got to hear two great Christmas concerts!

Most of all, we just enjoyed being with our family, which is far to seldom!
